With all products on working display at our showroom just north of Norwich airport, you will always receive a warm welcome from our friendly staff who are ready to help.
We have excellent stock holding in our Norwich warehouse and our facility in Spain where the heaters are produced in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. This ensures our products are produced to a consistently good quality with due regard to the environment.

We ordered two Avant DGi+ low level radiators for our garden room. Maxine at Ducasa gave us lots of advice and help so that we got the right product for us. These radiators are brilliant and so easy to control. This has resulted in us significantly reduced our heating bill, as we can easily adjust the heating schedule, even if we are not at home and want to delay them coming on.

Really pleased with the new Ducasa Avant DGi+ radiators, which look and perform so much better than our old storage heaters. Coupled with a new towel rail and hot water controller, we can now control all the heating and water in our holiday let remotely which is great for managing our energy use – and our guests love it too. The team’s service from initial advice to follow-up support has also been excellent. Recommended.
The heaters work really well, very efficient, compared to last November, according to EON, this November we have used 45% less electric and we have a warm house when we want it! Glad the old night storage heaters have gone, hot when we were out and cold at night when home. Only one grumble and that is I struggle to program towel rail. If I had the option again, I would go for radiators instead as they can be programmed fully via the App
I have two Ducasa Heaters, I installed them myself. The staff were very helpful not pushy in anyway and gave plenty of helpful advice and a follow up phone call to make sure all was working well. Would recommend these to anyone.
